Through the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number and email address and, if you provide them, your preferred service, date and message. Please do not enter detailed health information into the form.
Why we process it
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep the data from your enquiry for as long as is needed to reply and arrange an appointment, and otherwise for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, and to withdraw your consent. You can make such a request using the practice’s contact details.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Any technical cookies serve only to make the page work correctly. The Contact page shows a Google map, which loads from Google’s servers, so Google may set its own cookies when you open that page.
