Prosthodontics
Prosthodontics rebuilds damaged teeth and replaces lost ones, so that you can chew, speak and laugh without a second thought.
The right restoration depends on the number and condition of your teeth, your bite and your own wishes. A crown protects and rebuilds a weakened tooth, a bridge replaces one or more lost teeth, and a denture replaces a larger number. Every restoration is matched to the colour and shape of your own teeth.
The information on this page is general in nature. What is right for you is decided after an examination and a conversation with your dentist.

What is the difference between a crown and a veneer?
A veneer covers the front surface of a tooth and is most often used for cosmetic reasons. A crown encloses the whole tooth and is used when a tooth is more significantly damaged.
How many visits does it take?
Usually two or three, depending on the type of restoration. You will know the exact number after your examination.
How do I look after crowns and bridges?
Just like natural teeth: regular brushing, cleaning between the teeth, and routine check-ups.
